About Ms. Cherry – Co-Founder of NowStaff Virtual Assistance Services
With nearly two decades of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, Ms. Cherry has built a career marked by leadership, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service. She began her journey in 2006 as a call center agent, handling outbound sales campaigns. Through dedication and a strong work ethic, she quickly advanced into roles in inbound sales and customer support, gaining firsthand experience in delivering exceptional client interactions.
Mentored by industry leaders, Ms. Cherry developed a passion for team leadership and process optimization. Over the years, she contributed significantly to operations and quality teams, excelling in support, training, and leadership roles. Her ability to enhance efficiency and maintain high service standards set her apart in the industry.
For nine years, Ms. Cherry was a key leader at iStaff Solutions Inc. in Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines, where she proactively managed a team of over 50 professionals, including website moderators, customer service representatives, analysts, team leaders, trainers, and quality assurance officers. Her ability to streamline processes, improve team performance, and uphold service excellence made her an invaluable asset to the organization.
In her most recent role as an Account Manager, she oversaw a campaign with more than 40 team members, including junior managers, quality leaders, team leaders, analysts, and customer service professionals. Her five years in this role refined her leadership skills, equipping her with the experience and strategic mindset to manage large-scale operations successfully.
As Co-Founder of NowStaff Virtual Assistance Services, Ms. Cherry brings her wealth of industry knowledge, leadership expertise, and commitment to operational efficiency to help businesses scale through high-quality virtual assistance solutions. Sir Jae’s journey to co-founding NowStaff Virtual Assistance Services is a testament to resilience, vision, and unwavering determination. Despite facing financial challenges early in life, he worked multiple jobs to build a strong foundation for his future—proving that perseverance and hard work lead to success.
Originally from Ohio and now a proud Texas resident, Sir Jae served nearly a decade in the U.S. Navy, where he developed the discipline, leadership, and work ethic that would later define his career in InsurTech. His military experience instilled a commitment to excellence, adaptability, and innovation—qualities that would shape his approach to business.
In 2018, Sir Jae joined NowCerts, an insurance certificate management software company, as COO/CFO. With a customer-first mindset and a strategic approach, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s infrastructure, optimizing operations, and driving sustainable growth. Starting with limited resources, his leadership helped NowCerts double in size by 2024, navigating economic challenges while keeping the company ahead of industry shifts. His strategic vision, financial expertise, and dedication to innovation positioned NowCerts as a leader in the InsurTech space.
Building on his passion for business efficiency and remote workforce solutions, Sir Jae co-founded NowStaff Virtual Assistance Services, a company dedicated to empowering businesses with high-quality, scalable virtual assistance. His mission is to help businesses thrive by providing skilled virtual professionals who enhance productivity and streamline operations.
