This Privacy Policy explains how NowStaff Virtual Assistance Services (“NowStaff”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit nowstaff.us (the “Site”) or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your agency name, your name, email address, phone number and your message. If you schedule a meeting, the scheduling service collects the details you enter there.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and security services record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time. We use this to deliver and secure the Site.
Cookies. The Site only uses cookies needed for it to work and stay secure (for example, security and spam-protection cookies). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Embedded services, such as our scheduling calendar, may set their own cookies when you use them.
How we use your information
- To answer your inquiry and discuss our virtual assistance services with you.
- To schedule and hold meetings you request.

- DigitalOcean: website hosting.
- Twilio SendGrid: delivery of email from the Site.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector): meeting scheduling, if you book a meeting.
- Google Fonts: fonts used to display the Site.
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn and other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), a web application firewall, spam protection and restricted administrator access with two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent us by contacting us below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
